Paulida completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Occupational Therapy degree at the University of Alberta. Paulida has had the opportunity to work in various areas including acute care, stroke, neurorehabilitation, home care, geriatric, mental health rehabilitation, trigger point therapy, and Occupational Therapy Occupational Performance Activation (OTOPA). She is motivated in collaborating with clients and enabling them to set and achieve their rehabilitation goals along with empowering them to overcome physical, psychosocial, or environmental obstacles. She values using a client-centered approach and evidence-based interventions to enable clients to return to their meaningful occupations. In her spare time, Paulida enjoys reading, snowboarding, volunteering, and spending time with her friends and family.
