Raina completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2007. She is a licensed occupational therapist in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT) and Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).
Raina has many years of experience working with the adult and older adult population, which includes a diverse clinical background in the areas of cognitive, psychosocial, and physical assessment and rehabilitation. She has extensive experience with addiction, severe and persistent mental health issues, and vocational rehabilitation. Current areas of practice include Prolonged Exposure therapy for persons with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), behavioural activation, case management, and home, equipment, and seating assessments. Raina is passionate about using her skills and knowledge to help clients understand their health in ways that make sense and which matter to them.
Away from the office, Raina enjoys playing sports with her family, cheering her children on from the sidelines, traveling and volunteering abroad.
